This session will cover the most important updates to the management of poisoned patients presenting to the emergency department from the last two years.  Highlights will include recent modifications to poison center guidelines for the use of n-acetylcysteine, emerging novel drugs of abuse including bromazolam, cutting agents such as medetomidine and xylazine, and emerging or re-emerging older drugs including tianeptine.
